Collections

Focus: international. Consists of: architectural drawings, both individual drawings and complete archives; documents/correspondence (as part of an archive); vintage photographs (but only as part of an archive); ephemera. Strengths: European drawings 18th-20th centuries (Giuseppe Barberi, Felice Giani, Hector Guimard, Le Corbusier, and others); American 20th century (Hugh Ferris, Ely Jacques Kahn, Whitney Warren, and others). Collection accessible by computer; through inventories. Reproductions of drawings cannot be made. Institution has a conservation laboratory.

Library Holdings

Holdings: rare books, 17th - 20th century, 4500 volumes; reference library, 45,000 volumes; trade catalogues; 150 periodical subscriptions.

Institution organizes exhibitions. Periodic and displays of permanent exhibitions. Exhibitions travel.
